Library Wish Lists @ Local Bookstores
The Friends of the Hood River County Library has decided to create wish lists at the local bookstores Waucoma Bookstore, 212 Oak Street and Book Stop, 13 Oak Street, so we can have new books for our library. The Friends group is hoping community members will contribute by purchasing one or more books from the wish lists. The wish lists will be updated at the first of every month, so community members will have a chance to contribute all year round.
The books can be purchased at either Waucoma Bookstore or Book Stop. Once a book is purchased, it will be taken off the list and picked up by a staff member from the library. Each book may have a nameplate inside if the purchaser wishes; the paperwork can be filled out at the time of purchase.
If you have any questions, please contact the library.
