Meeting Room Application

Use this form to submit a meeting room request. YOUR RESERVATION IS CONFIRMED ONLY AFTER YOU ARE NOTIFIED OF ITS ACCEPTANCE.

GUIDELINES FOR USE OF THE LIBRARY MEETING ROOM:

Alcoholic beverages are prohibited.

User must leave the room clean and in the same order as the room was originally found.

  • Food and beverages are allowed in the meeting room. User is responsible for clean-up.
  • User is responsible for removing catering equipment before leaving the meeting room.
  • A fee for clean-up can be assessed to the user if the room is left in an unsatisfactory state.

Users of the Meeting Room may not charge admission or deny access to citizens who want to attend.

Events held in the Meeting Room may not exceed the capacity limit of 49 persons. No signs, banners or placards are allowed unless resting on an easel or part of table display. No table or display is allowed to obstruct the doors or the foot traffic to the entrance or hallway. Sound levels may not hinder library business. No tape may be used on any surface except the tack board on the south wall.

Activity shall be between 11:00 A.M. and 6:45 P.M. Tuesdays & Wednesdays, 11:00 A.M. and 4:45 P.M. Thursdays & Fridays and 1:30pm-4:45pm on Saturdays. We will be closed Sundays and Mondays. Meetings are to be scheduled no earlier than 30 minutes after the Library opens and the room is to be cleaned and vacated at least 15 minutes before the Library closes.
